I'm not an AI engineer. I'm a business leader who understands what AI can do, where it helps and where human judgment must stay in charge.
Build and grow
UrPivot, the career-transition platform I founded through the INSEAD Venture Lab, combines AI-powered digital tools with human support. AI also speeds up how I research customers, test ideas and build prototypes.
Learning
AI makes learning more personal: practice scenarios, feedback between sessions and material adapted to each person's role. The goal stays the same: people applying new capabilities at work.

About
I started my career at P&G and earned my MBA at Kellogg. Since then, I have founded and sold two businesses, including a luxury travel company, founded a franchise business and built UrPivot, a career-transition platform developed through the INSEAD Venture Lab. I have taught at IE Business School for more than 15 years and advise leading banks and wealth managers. My expertise spans business growth, customer understanding, brand and product strategy and management, innovation, communication and talent development.
